DESCRIPTION Tubular elastic netting capable of exerting slight, average and strong pressures according to their use. They are ideal for the preparation of meat rolls and cured meat for oven cooking for the likes of roast-beef, white meat rolls and other roasts or in the preparation of boiled meat. Thanks to particular technical features, small pieces of meat are held together and preparation costs are therefore reduced. The constant pressure obtained thanks to the elastic nets reduces cooking times and the dispersion of odours, stressing flavour. The specific structure of the nets guarantees convenient and fast loading, much easier slicing, perfect stability of the chains and an excellent aesthetic presentation.
